Hello! My name is Sherry Powell. I have been at Hawthorn Academy for more than 10 years. I have 4 AMAZING children and 2 crazy dogs. I graduated from Utah State University and have a Master's Degree in Educational Counseling from the University of Phoenix. I am honored to be a part of your child's life and excited to focus on ELA this year. I will enjoy teaching your child to LOVE reading, and to comprehend what he/she is reading.
