New Students

New students wishing to enroll in Hawthorn need to enter our lottery during open enrollment. Please see our lottery page for information or click here to apply.

Utah law requires students to present a birth certificate when enrolling a student in a new school. Information on obtaining a copy of a birth certificate can be found here.

Returning Students

Parents and guardians of returning students will receive an email in December instructing them to register their student for the upcoming school year through Aspire. Registration must be completed for each student by a January deadline (TBA)  in order to secure a returning placement.

School Fees Notices and Waiver Application

You can view Utah's student fee notices and fee waiver applications in a variety of languages on Utah's School Fees site. View the Declaration of Household Income and our 2021-2022 Student Fee Schedule and 2022-2023 Student Fee Schedule for information specific to our school.

Needs Assessment

The systemic needs assessment is anonymous but does ask for demographic information so we can disaggregate the information based on student population. Question topics involve college and career readiness plans, stress management, and other academic indicators. You can see a complete list of the questions to be asked of students in the needs assessment on our counseling center website.
