Michelle Petrulsky – Vice Principal Michelle Petrulsky serves as the Vice Principal at Hawthorn Academy, where she is dedicated to supporting students, families, and teachers in creating a positive and successful school community. With more than 20 years of experience in education, including over seven years as Vice Principal at Hawthorn, she brings both stability and strong leadership to the school. Michelle’s career in education began in the classroom, where she discovered her passion for helping students grow and succeed. She also served as the school’s ESL Coordinator, working closely with multilingual learners and their families to ensure equitable access to education and a welcoming environment for all. She believes in fostering a safe, inclusive, and challenging learning environment where students can thrive both academically and socially. Michelle is proud to partner with the Hawthorn Academy leadership team to build a strong school culture and community. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two grandchildren. She is also the President of the Pioneer Valley Little League Baseball League in Utah, where she proudly serves as an unpaid volunteer supporting youth athletics.
