Hi, I'm Ms. Owens!

This is my fourth year of teaching 5th grade and I am so excited! I have one son who also attends Hawthorn and in our free time we love to try new food, go to the movies, and bowl. Bowling is my favorite sport! I also love spending time on the Oregon coast and visiting family there. Frogs and cats are my favorite animals, and I have never been able to stick with a favorite color. I can't wait to have a wonderful year with my 5th graders!
