David Woolf
5th Grade
With over 12 years of dedicated service in the field of education, I have worn many hats — each one deepening my commitment to student success and community engagement. My journey began as a classroom aide, where I gained firsthand insight into the daily challenges and triumphs students face. This experience sparked a passion that led me to serve as a classroom teacher, where I cultivated a learning environment rooted in curiosity, respect, and academic growth.
My leadership path expanded as I took on the role of PTA President, collaborating with parents, educators, and community members to enhance school culture and build meaningful partnerships. Most recently, I have served as a school principal, where I’ve worked to foster a collaborative, student-centered environment that empowers both staff and students. I am excited to come back to the classroom this year in 5th grade. I will assist the team in teaching all of our students math. This is my favorite subject to teach. I hope to make the students fall in love with Math as well.
Across all of these roles, one principle has remained constant: engagement is my number one goal. I believe that when students, families, and educators are truly engaged, schools thrive. My mission is to create inclusive, energized learning communities where every voice is heard, every student is valued, and every opportunity for growth is embraced.
