Biography

Hi friends,
My name is Jana Jensen. This is my 9th year as the Speech Language Pathologist at Hawthorn Academy. Wow! I work at both the West Jordan and South Jordan campus.

I was born in Utah, raised in Hawaii, and have lived in Utah since 2004. I graduated with my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education & Special Education in 1999 from BYU-Hawaii. Then I decided to continue my education and get a Master's Degree in Communication Disorders from Utah State University in 2004. I am a licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Utah. I also have my Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association

I have an amazing husband and 3 kids that attend Hawthorn Academy. I love to camp, hike, bake, and read during my spare time.

I feel so fortunate to be a part of Hawthorn Academy!
